Services Offered:

Scope of Work:
The specific services to be provided will be detailed in the project proposal or agreement. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.

Client Obligations:
Cooperation: The client agrees to cooperate with Mint2 Agency in a timely manner, providing all necessary information and feedback to facilitate the delivery of services.

Payment:
The client shall make payments as per the agreed payment schedule. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property:
Ownership: All intellectual property, including but not limited to creative works, designs, and content, created by Mint2 Agency during the course of the project remains the property of Mint2 Agency until full payment is received.


License: Upon full payment, the client will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the intellectual property for the purpose intended in the project scope.

Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project.

Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Termination terms, including final payments and delivery of assets, will be as per the project agreement.

Disclaimers:
Results: Mint2 Agency cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from its services. Results may vary based on several factors.

Third-Party Services:
Mint2 Agency may use third-party services or tools as part of the project. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mint2 Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data, arising from the use of our services.

Indemnification:
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Mint2 Agency harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the client’s use of the services or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

Changes to Terms & Conditions:
